Anxiety and Feeling Miserable

I took this drug before with moderate side effect that I was able to get through. this time I'm feeling really uncomfortable and hanging on. I took the first 2 pills this morning and after 10 hrs I have spent the last 3-4 feeling miserable. symptoms are anxiety, gas in stomach, very dry mouth and a tightness in my chest. I will not be taking any more of this. I have either the flu or a sinus infection and all this drug has done is make me feel even worse on top of an already uncomfortable situation. My hands are cold too. Of course I am menopausal and have heat flashes on top of this too. I am not a weenie normally and I rarely get sick. so I have been drinking tons of water to try and wash this thru my system, moving around to keep the stomach air managed and distracting my mind with work or whatever I can come up with. NEVER AGAIN.
