Yasmin and Red Lumps on Inner Thighs?

I was on yasmin about 2 years ago and I used to get these red lumps on the inside of my thighs... just along my bikini line. I had not thought of there being a connection between yasminelle and these lumps at that time.
I ceased bc pills for 2 years and I've just started back on them last month. I'm done my first month and I'm now on my 7 day pill-free stage. I've noticed these same boil-like lumps on my thighs. They're movable - but it feels awfully weird to touch them - they's like huge pimples that haven't come up to pop yet. They're on both thighs in similar spots and they're quite uncomfortable.
Has anybody else ever had these spots??
