Winstrol Lumps Under the Skin, Vitals, Biceps, Steroids, Workout

I have used steroids in the past, in small cycles and never abused the dosages. I have been monitoring my vitals going to my doctor every 6 months and doing all sort of tests.

What has happened to me has never happened before and none of the people I know have any clue what has caused it. By the way, the quality of Winstrol is verified.

I was injecting small amounts of Winstrol topically for a couple of weeks and during my last workout I did 8 topics (total must be 400ml) - trained heavy the whole body - and went on holidays for 10 days. Problem is, Winstrol didnt get absorbed and now I have small hard lumps under the skin that hurt a lot when I stretch the muscle. For example, I cannot do pullups because my biceps hurt a lot when I hang.

Could anyone advise how serious is this side effect and any solutions?
