Wellbutrin XL and Adderall....never Felt Better

Just a quick post. I started Adderall 20 mg a month ago for ADHD symptoms. Found I had more energy, better focus and less appetite for the 6 hours it stayed in my system. I only take a few days a week as I use for mainly studying purposes.
Two weeks ago I started Wellnutrin XL (brand not generic)
I took it by itself for 5 days and experienced horrible dizziness, fatigue, nonstop eating and constipation.
Hated how it made me feel. considered stopping it.
One week ago I needed to study for a final exam so I took my Adderall 20mg. What a huge difference it made combining the 2 meds. I have energy, focus, no dizziness, happy moods and manageable food cravings. I've even lost 2 lbs with no change in diet. My dr is keeping me on the lower doses of the 2 meds because they both work on the same issues and same sites of the brain chem. I had felt horrible emotionally for so long I had forgotten what it was to feel good.
So for me Adderall and Wellbutrin combo is a winner.
Please note, I only take brand name exclusively.
I do not trust generic brands for any drugs that affect the brain chemistry, heart problems, cancer or major health problems. I will take generic antibiotics for minor infections and the like.
(I worked with pharmaceutical company's to manufacture/negotiate/market generic and private label drugs for many years. I have a bit of an inside view/opinion of generics and it isn't a positive one)
