Antimalarial Drug & Interaction With Other Medications

I am on Soltalol, Ramipril & Amlodopine for my BP and have been taking Warfarin for my Atrial Fibrillation for the last 5 months. Going on holiday to a country where I need to take AntiMalarial tablets. Has anyone had the same problem? I dont know which is the safest to take.
