I am a 67 yr old woman who had mitrial valve repair surgery in 2009. Because of atrial fibulation I was put on warfarin (now take 11-12mg to keep INR between 2-3). My biggest problem is insomnia and restless legs, esp. if I eat normal number of fruits & veggies. Very frustrating to have to restrict to one fruit & one veg. serving a day, and even then to sometimes get up several times a night. Am tired most of the time, also bothered by weight gain despite daily exercise.
