going crazy with menopause
i am 48yrs and believe i am post menopause. can anyon else tell me if you are feeling suicidal.

Yes its a very tiny pill .... anywhere that sells vitamins will have B12. Just take whatever it says on the bottle. It's usually 1 pill a day. Give it - 62% more...

Be careful with the Vitamin E, you can get too much and then it can become dangerous. One of the symptoms of too much Vitamin E is headaches. Like you - 81% more...
