Toprol-xl Toprol Xl, Ventricular Tachycardia, Experience Weight Gain, Joint Pain, Defibrillator

I too have experience weight gain with difficulty losing the weight. I am on 200 mg of Toprol XL daily for recurrent ventricular tachycardia. It does not seem to be working as I still have the rhythm and get shocks from my defibrillator. I have also experience nightmares. I have not had any joint pain though.
