Topamax: Want to Get Off Topamax

can i just stop taking my Tompamax or do i need to be under doctor's care? i been on it for almost a year now and i am bless not not have my awefull migranes but i can't NOT take the side effects no more.memoryloss,stomach hurts,mood swings,speach,tired all the time,hair loss,bones hurts and i am sure i am forgetting something eles.lol!!! but u know it's true. :)
