extreme sunburn....i cant walk
so i think i fell asleep in the sun yesterday at the beach i didnt notice i was burnt till i got home. My leg s were burning so much i didnt have aloe so i immediatly put moisturizer on my legs. it hurt so bad to put it on then a few hrs later i went - 77% more... -

Take a cool bath with milk in it. Milk sucks the heat right out of your skin. I am very experienced with this unfortunately haha. But it works great.
