I am amazed at all the problems described in the posts here. My 3 1/2 year old son has been on Singulair for a few months and his behavior has rapidly deteriorated. He is constantly angry and aggressive, hits, kicks and throws tantrums. He also goes from finding things hilarious one minute to getting angry and upset the next. He is having trouble settling to sleep and often going to bed up to 2 hours later than normal and then waking again within 3 hours and needing comforting as he is distressed. He has started complaining of 'monsters' in the house at night time and has had moments during the day when he just lies down and wants to go to sleep but then jumps up again as though someone has flicked a switch. His eating habits are all over the place now and his once good appetite has gone. I too will be stopping this medication tonight. I am amazed that my doctor prescribed the drug and I am going to print this page and make sure she gets a copy. Good luck to you all and lets hope that our children get back to normal quickly.
