Schiff Move Free Black Catechu, Chinese Skullcap, Stomach Cramps, Watery Diarrhea, Fish Oil

August 4th 2010: I have taken Schiff Move Free before, but two years ago I switched to the Costco brand. Costco took their brand off the market and I switched back to the Schiff product.. After about a week of taking it, I experienced stomach cramps, bloating and clumpy then watery diarrhea. thinking I had food poisoning a virus or something I continued it with symptoms coming and going. However after my doctor requested a lab check my stools for parasites (all came back normal) I discontinued my calcium , fish oil, and Move Free for one day. Symptoms decreased and I felt better. Then I resumed taking the three supplements again. Bang by the afternoon after a round of golf all the symptoms came back with a vengence. I have lost about five pounds during this ordeal. I checked side effects of my fish oil,ok and the calcium, ok. Then I took a look at the ingredients and discovered they have added chinese skullcap and black catechu. And I read this blog. I think I have found my problem. I will discontinue using it and if that works I will notify Schiff and the FDA. B.
