Severe Leg Cramps After Remicade Infusion

started remicade infusions three months ago for RA and since then have had the most severe leg cramps. Three weeks ago, my knee started swelling and became stiff. Three days ago my ankle started swelling and getting red and warm and really hurt. Saw doc today who thinks I might have a blood clot/clots. D-dime test for clots positive for blood clots, so tomorrow I go for ultrasound. Anyone else having or had these problems?
