Pseudoephedrine Hydrochloride Time Release, Meds, Acting, Drugs, Body Ages

I get a sinus pressure headache on one side of my head often when a storm front changes the weather.
I have been occasionally taking (SUDAFED) PSEUDOEPHEDRINE HYDROCHLORIDE 12 hr, 120 mg. I developed very slow stream uniration, getting up several times a night and pain with ergent need to pee. I have an enlarged prostrate said to be typical for my age 62. I am very active and look to be about 45. I found I have elevated BP 150/90, the doctor prescribed LISINOPRIN 10MG for the BP and TAMSULOSINE 0.4mg for the prostate. Within 2 days I had relief from the prostrate pain and a normal urine flow. Then started to have dry sinus pressure headache and blurred vision Was in bed 2 days and took then SUDAFED, I got worse and at 3:am I got on-line to read about SIDE EFFECTS and found this site. CRAP... the side effects may be worse than the cure... not to mention reduced semen and possible loss of erection. I am stopping all the medications and want to search for alturnative - perhaps natural health store type stuff. ANY HELP OUT THERE? ******
