i read cjones post.. Copied below.. i am having the same issue.. and i cant read the replays to him or her.. If anyone has any info on the itching with prozac that may decribe it so i can tell if it is the same or if the itching is brought on by something else would be appreciated.. ... more »

"I have been taking Pozac for about 5 weeks now and ive been doing great. Sleeping well and my anxiety is starting to subside. But I have noticed that all of a sudden my hands and feet itch something awful..Wondering if anyone else as had the same thing happen to them...

Lisatorsiello - i have been on wellbutrin for about 1 year to quit smoking and it worked, anyway my doctor put me also on prozac 20mg, i have been on the prozac for about 3 weeks now and omg Im itching like crazy. my feet legs , and my private area something awful. Im gonna get off the prozac all together because I cant take this itching.

Eja001 - let me know if the itching actually goes away.. I got off and it stayed around for a long time..

Godisit - I also have been on Prozac for about 1 week, started out at 5mg, then Dr. bumped me up to 10 mg, omgoodness. I am itching and breaking out in a rash something horrible. I am assuming it is an allergic reaction. I stopped taking it today, I am hoping the itching goes away very quickly.

Adrianavsv - I am on prozac. I sometime feel itching on my feet ,ankles and hands. I can not get off prozac because of my depression is so bad. I notice if I miss more than 3 days I start to feel anxiety and depress.
