88 Year Old Woman Given 100 Mg Prednisone

88 year old woman was given 100 mg prednisone daily by error. The side effects after 7 days was confusion, weakness, muscle weakness, and as time when on symptomatic problems increased rapidly. Error was discovered 30 days later.
What side effects and long term problems should we be expecting? She has dramatically gotten weaker and sicker during this 30 day period.
