Nasonex Balance Problems, Ear Pain, Vision Problems, Dizziness, Head Pressure

Have been on Nasonex for 3 months. Around month 2 started noticing head pressure, especially on the right side, severe dizziness - so bad it keeps me from driving, ear pain and popping, vision problems and balance problems. I stopped using it a week ago but the symptoms haven't gone away yet.
