Whats Up With Mirena???

I had my mirena inserted the end of April. I been bleeding pretty much ever since. I'm becoming very impatient. When will I stop the bleeding??I can handle the cramps(thats my only other side effect) but the bleeding is getting on my nerves. Im thinking about getting it took out Im wondering if I should give it more time??
