Mirena Collar Bone Pain, Tubal Ligation, Stomach Cramping, Sinus Infections, Pain Threshold

I have had the mirena for 1 year and for about 6 months I have had teeth troubles to the point various teeth bleed, whole mouth hurts,fatigue all the time, I have been feeling like a basket case...right hip pain, right knee pain, collar bone pain, headaches, visual trouble, sinus infections, hair loss on my head and hair growth every where else, anxiety, depression, nausea, insomnia, restless legs or else leg pain, stomach cramping, at times to bend over and get something from bottom cabinet a pain that seems to radiate from pelvis to rear a sharp jabbing bring you to cry wincing pain, I have had 4 c-sections and I used to hear I had a high pain threshold...not with this...I had a tubal ligation in 2000 but for past few years I was bleeding sometimes 40 days straight I was very anemic so this mirena was to help for the bleeding it has helped but for everything else it is a whole new set of problems...I will schedule to have mine removed I have 1 tooth already wiggling and so many more hurt it is terrible I can hardly eat or drink I force myself to eat some but it hurts sooo bad why why do they not tell all the side effects,
