Mirena Mirena, Prayers, Birth Control Patch, Stillborn Son, Sinus Tach
Well it only took me 4 and a half years to figure out what was going on.
I had the Mirena put in, in December of 2005 after our stillborn son and after i had gotten blood clots from being on the birth control patch, soon after started the palpitations, sinus tach, headaches, back aches, moodiness. I did stop having my period which I thought was a blessing but now that i think about it i would rather have it than the constant panic attacks and anxiety when my heart flips over in my chest. I really feel that more needs to be said to people when they choose to get a Mirena Iud Inserted. I don't think that there is enough information given out to women who have this done and we need to know of ALL the effects that are possible. I just wish that i had pieced it together 4 years ago instead of the last few weeks. I feel for everyone that goes through what some of us have had to endure and pray for all of you. I am getting mine out next week and hope that somehow things start to somewhat get back to a normal situation. ... more »
