Mirena Personal Theory, Iud, Ovulation, Gyn, Pregnant Women

I've had mirena for a over a year now (i got it in feb. 2009). i'm 21 and have no children, and i got the mirena because i am not good when it comes to taking pill and its something i didn't really have to worry about, and boy, was i wrong. i just started experiencing some problems. first off, i get terrible shooting pains where my ovaries and uterus are. they just come out of nowhere and they only last a couple of minutes, but they are very painful. back in august, i started to get this rash on my hands. its only on my hands and nowhere else. i thought it was from the gloves i wear at work, but i switched gloves and i still have it, its similar to eczema. and just recently, i started to get these TERRIBLE back pains. i know back pain is a symptom, but this is so terrible i cannot function. I've missed school and work and over a week of sleep due to this pain. i had a back x-ray and they found nothing. i am also experiencing a depression as well. did i forget to mention my zero sex drive?
Is anyone else experiencing debilitating back pains? i think i'm about to go crazy because of this! right now this has to be the worst problem ever and i'm not sure if its because of the mirena. i think i'm going to call and see if i can get it out soon.
