Mirena Contraception Pills, Vasectomy, Contraception, Cramps, Uterus
It has now been almost 3 days since my Mirena was removed, a very liberating feeling!! No bleeding to speak of until now. I went to gym (ran, cycled, weights etc) to return home to find the bleeding has started, only light thank goodness. I also have some mild cramping pain in the region of my uterus. Could be it was too soon after having the Mirena removed to go to gym. Apart from the light bleeding and mild cramps, can't really say I can notice any difference yet. I had the Mirena for 2 1/2 years so guess I can't expect my body to go back to normal straight away.
I am on contraception pills (until my husband is scheduled for his vasectomy). Unsure if I should be on any contraception so soon after reading another message.
