I have been on Mino for four months and it has done wonders on my acne, my face is almost completely clear with the only exception being some scarring. Since starting Mino I have gained 10-15 pounds. Since I began the medication in December I just blamed it on the holidays. However, its three months later I am having issues loosing the weight. I am an active person and I eat the same foods I always have but my appetite has increased ten fold. I feel like I am ALWAYS hungry. I seem to have stopped gaining and am at a stand still at about 135 lbs. but this is about 15 pounds heavier than I have ever been in my life and its very upsetting. Has this increase in appetite happened to anyone else? Any success loosing the weight while still on Mino? I have also noticed a severe loss of my sex drive. I am currently in a relationship of 5 years and I have felt so terrible because I have NO desire what-so-ever. I have found very little on the subject online so I thought that there might be something going on unrelated to the meds but I have always had a healthy sexual appetite and this is really putting a rift in our relationship. Can anyone shed some light on this? Has anyone experienced this and found anything besides going off Mino that helps? I want my sex drive back but REALLY don't want to risk having my acne return. HELP!
