Methadone Hydrochloride Pain Medicines, Taking Medicine, Athritis, Methadone, Disrespect

i have been on methadone on and off for about 8 yrs, i have Rheumatoid Arthritis,and Lupus. Was diagnosed in 1999. My doctor had tried every narcotic on the market,every one they put me on for pain gave me what my doctor called narcotic headaches...very close to migraines it was awful,finally they talked to me about methadone,having heard about it once on tv i associated it with heroin addicts. no disrespect.I was afraid of trying it but we were running out of options,so me and my doctor talked about it and i decided to try it i was tired of suffering from my illness and the awful headaches.After about 3 days what a difference and instead of taking medicine every 4-6-8 hrs,i could take 2/10 mg with a 24 hour period.Methadone is one of best pain medicines on the market.
