Painful Breasts

I have read many peoples posts and can't seem to find anyone else that has mentioned engorged, extremly painful breasts. I can't stand the pain. I am a single woman and was dating untill the past year. If I cant stand myself how will a man like me? I hate the lonliness and isolation that I am going through because all of my clothes don't fit and I am embarressed by my large breasts. I was always small and now they are so large that none of my bras or shirts fit. I used to get this and it would last about two weeks and now I am in my 4th week of it and I have seriously thought that I would have them removed if the pain would subside!!! I know that is not rational but I feel like I could explode.
I had a partial Hysterectomy at 38 and I am now 49. This started last year and went away and I lost weight again but now I feel like an old washed up woman. I used to turn heads and now my posture is bad from trying to hide my breasts and weight. I am far from obese but not happy at all with any part of my body right now! I am seeing a Dr. that does biodentical hormones but wont start untill I have a mammogram. Not gonna be able to handle that as the pain is so bad that if I hit a bump in the road I see stars! I was not an emotional wreck untill after 4 weeks and counting I just cant stand it!!!! I don't get hot flashes and I have some night sweating. Does anyone else have this? My Dr says it is menopause. Thanks for any help:)
