Has anyone with irreversible side effects from Lupron considered filing a class action lawsuit against Tap Pharmaceuticals???????
In a "nut" shell.... I was given 11.25 injection of Lupron for endometriosis in May of 2003. With in 1 week I was in the E.R for attempting suicide. 3 days later I was brought back and then admitted in a psych ward that I called home for 3 months. I had mild medically controlled depression at the time of injection. HOLY CRAP !!! My entire life, family, self, job etc..etc.. bottomed out. I tried to bring a case against the doctor for negligence for not disclosing the UNUSUAL OR RARE side effects. But..... the court found him not at fault. However the manufacturer is. Had these rare but serious side effects been readily available to my doctor I never would have put THAT poison in my body!!! **** the more people that come forward after having had problems with this HORRIBLE treatment plan the better the chances of being rightfully compensated for pain and suffering and the less likely our sisters,daughters,neighbors and friends will know someone who has suffered or died at the mercy of LUPRON !!!!!!!
Laurnadunne - I ALSO HAVE HAD HORRIBLE SIDE EFFECTS FROM THIS EVIL SHOT!! NOT SO MUCH MENTALLY, BUT PHYSICAL ONE (A LONG LIST!!), BUT I WAS TOLD IT WAS NOT DO TO THE SHOT (OF COURSE THE SYMPTOMS HAPPENED AFTER MY INJECTION, BUT THE DOC SAID IT WAS ALL IN MY HEAD!)!! I WOULD LOVE TO KNOW ANY INFO I COULD GET TO MAKE A CASE AGAINST IT AND HAVE IT PULLED FROM ANY TREATMENT PLAN!!

Momaplenty - My mother had a shot in Feb 2007 a week later she died on the way to the hospital. I can get her medical records together and the toxicology report and I would like to join a class action lawsuit for her recieving the shot LUPRON. She sustained horrible side effects until the day she died.She wrote in her handwriting the list of side effects until she died and I want justice for her life. The doctor lied about possible side effects I went with her to her appointment and he told us both no side effects! Her car accident was horrible and the doctor called in to the coroner for a payment of her cremation, which now looks very highly suspect! Please email me I would love to know where to start, Thanks
Sweett101 - I am also suffering from side effects. I had a shot in April and May 2010. Wish I never had it. Menopausal side effects is also what I was told. I am still seeing doctor after doctor and test after test and my bones hurt all the time. Any information on this would be helpful.
Cathryn1978 - I am also a victum of the shot. I received it when I was in my early 20's I am now 32yrs old and I am in cronic pain as a result of the Lupron injections. I get terrible headaces, memory loss, lower back pain and early ostioprosis. I would not have taken these shots but I trusted my doctor. The doctor used poor judgment and I am now paying the price.
Mom1257 - My daughter had 2 injections several years ago, and has had an avalanch of disabling effects since then: weight gain(150lbs), fibromyalgia, insomnia, chronic cystitis, migraines, and on and on. SOMETHING needs to be done about this drug!
Tonyandangelas - I am a current victim of this drug. I have been on it for 3 months. Not to mention I am a current victim of my doctor. I am not sure that the doctors know as much about this drug as they think they do. In the last three months, I have had a double kidney infection. I have had 9 previous, 1 current, and many more kidney stones (multipe more in my left and right kidneys, both). I am currently taking care of an infection that is in my mouth, gums and throat. I have been on an emotional roller coaster with this drug. My pain is not any better. I have had multiple and various infections throughout my body. My doctor tells me that this drug does not cause any of this, and it has to be another medication that I am on. I have been on the same medications for many years, with no changes. All of this started when I got the dreadful, life changing, devastating 11.25 mg Lupron injection. The doctor has lied to me from the start, and is still lying to me. He knew before this medicine that I already got kidney stones about every 8 years, but he told me that this medicine didn't cause kidney stones. I totalled my car because I had to have surgery for stones. The next day I had a fever that I didn't know about. The fever made me tired as I was driving and I hit a telephone pole. That was 8,000.00 in damage that could have been prevented had he been honest in the first place. I am gathering as much information as I can. I also have a spy pen to take with me to my appointment when I gather all of the information so I can record what he says. I will then reveal to him that he was being recorded and show him my proof. I don't know what, if any, of these condition are irreversible, but the doctor should still have to pay for what he has lied to me about and done to me.
Dilou57 - My daughter has also had many horrible side effects from this drug. Was advised to hire a lawyer Does anyone know if there is a class action suit in Canada ?

Keylimepie - I was injured by ONE shot of Lupron. The drug destroyed my abdominal wall. I have not recovered, even after major surgery.
Ewhitney1 - I first started taking lupron in December of 2010 and only had two shots but my pain got even worse so the doctor took me off and performed a partial hysterectomy. A few months later I again started with severe pain and doctor once again started me on the injection I just took my 6th shot in total. I have been in and out of the hospital multiple times since. My vision is blurry, I have chunks of hair falling out, my joints are constantly hurting, I get bad headaches, my IBS has gone out of control, and many more side effects. I have decided to contact a lawyer but I'm only one person and I'm afraid they'll eat me up with all their lawyers. Gypsey77 - Just been told my two year is up on filing a lawsuit---and just got another bone diagnoses of osteoarthris in both knee's--within one year-- thats 3 diagonses in 2 year---i lost (half) the padding between my knee tissue-IN ONE YEAR'''. And i can feel it in my elbow's---everywhere i had pain after that bad lupron shot. Guess it's just to bad about us little people. WHILE ABBOTT sits back and contuinus to get paid for this disabling medicine. gypsey77
