well, I was on the 5/10 for a month or so with no problems...worked great,...BP was lower within tolerance... but doc wanted lower so he increased my meds to the 10/20 Lotrel.... after 2 weeks... extreme fatigue... cannot concentrate, my ankles are swollen, thigh muscles are sore and have flushing / heat in lower body... and a rash occurring only on my ankles... !! weird... I hardly even noticed the side effects, but nonetheless, I don't like them.. I have stopped the meds and on Monday I will call the doctor for an alternative....
