OK everyone - First, get Cranberry caps and take 8 per day (2 every 4 hours if you can), and start drinking a bottled water every time you take them. This helps the kidneys and bladder start getting rid of this SYNTHETIC BRAZILIAN SNAKE VENOM.
Next, if your limbs are tingling and burning, get some After-Sunburn Aloe Vera cream and apply that; if you can't get that, Noxema helps a lot, also w/sunburn. And, Triple-Antibiotic cream with pain-reliever is great too, on top of those previous creams! (I love Aspercream, it doesn't burn or smell and it is almost pure aloe.) Also, remember in Australia, when those people get stung with those awful jellyfish, they use Vinegar, Just mix 1/4 cup Vinegar with 1 cup warm water (not hot!), and add a tablespoon of Olive Oil (to make it stick) and lay a washcloth soaked in this mixture over the burning hand or foot...
If you get tingling in the hands and feet, get yourself some bananas and eat 3 or 4 per day (or drink 3 to 4 glasses OJ), this gives you Potassium, especially if your toes or fingertips are numb.
For the horrible itching, Caladryl lotion, has Benadryl in it and will stop the itching; it's for allergic reactions. Remember tho, you have to be careful doping yourself up by taking too much Benadryl orally... maybe try only 25 mg. at night when you're ready to crash.
Best thing after above, eat non-acid foods: all fruits, soup, vinegar and olive oil salads, rice, lots of liquids, treat yourself gently. You can bathe with a good soap like Dial and put all these lotions and stuff on, seal the creams with a bit of olive or baby oil, then dress in ALL COTTON clothes and chill out... drink Sleepytime Tea or herbal teas, and don't forget the Calcium with Vitamin D, take three of those a day if your muscles are cramping (about 1,000 mg.) Magnesium also helps muscle cramps, but Calcium and D are the very most important (everybody oughta be taking this every day, anyway!!)
Try all this, but if you can only pick one thing, the most important is the cranberry regime - - flush out the old radiator, next the bananas and the calcium!!!
