Lisinopril Malignant Hypertension, Dry Cough, Extreme Fatigue, Artery Blockage, Legs and Feet
Posted over a year ago
I've been on Lisinopril 20 mg once daily for approximately 3 weeks now and have aches in my legs and feet, a constant dry cough, and extreme fatigue, but I've noticed in the past week I have almost tripled the amount of times I urinate per day. It has even started to wake me in the middle of the night. Has anyone else experienced this? My diagnosis is malignant hypertension caused by a renal artery blockage.
Sevenofnine - When I was taking Lisinopril, I experienced all of the symptoms you listed except "the cough" that so many have. The frequent urination caused chronic dehydration. It got so bad that I ended up doing iv therapy at home to help combat the dehydration. See my July 26, 2010 post for more details.
