Lactaid Reaction

Terrible vomiting 3 hours after taking the pill.. couldn't get up or do anything other than sit in pain and vomit for the whole day... Dont wish this to anyone.
I thought this reaction was due to the Milk I had, but after it happened again with Lactaid, the reason is clear now. NO MORE LACTAID FOR ME... as well as no more dairy products..
