Help!!! This Is Out of Control!

Got a cortisone shot about two months ago, and after a month noticed a deep dent in my right butt cheek!! I am VERY self conscious about it, especially because it's Summer and I'm wearing swin suits. It's discolored and ugly and disfiguring!. Let's get this started!!
