Dr's Don't Know What the Problem Is!!!

In April my husband ended up in ER with what Dr's thought was a stroke. Test say it wasn't a stroke. He has a headache 24/7 then he gets a throbbing headache on top of the constant headache, With this comes confusion, not be able to hear correctly or understand what is being said. He has lost short term memory, very angry, slurred speech, loss of balance at times. Dr's say it is stroke like symptoms. One Dr does think he is having TIA's. They are treating him for vascular headaches. He is getting worse not better. He also isn't able to read now having problems with what the words are and what they mean. He has emphysema, osteoporosis, hyper coagulation disorder, mitral valve prolapse, depression. He has been on celexa, wellbutrin, spiriva, albuterol inhalers, flovent inhaler, meds for high cholesterol, aspirin, depakote, verapamil, antivan, vitamin B12, vitamin D, Boniva I think that is all. He is on short term disablility, he has 4 months to be back to work or he losses his job. I have to watch him, he is also sleeping a lot. We are very stressed with not knowing what this is or what is going to happen. In August don't know what we'll do for house and car payment. things are getting very crazy. Need help or idea of what this could be. Dr's Don't know thats for sure.
