Geodon Withdrawal Can Anyone Tell Me?

I have been taking Geodon for 4 days 20mg and it has helped me sleep as I stops my obsessive thoughts and terrible insomnia. If I quite taking it will I have bad withdrawal? i.e. give me rebound insomnia or worse. I only plan to take 20mg as I had problems with my musles and coordination on 40mgs. Please let me know if you have come off this drug and what I may experience.
