Does Gardasil Cause a Lighter Period?

I got my first Gardasil shot on Tuesday June 3rd and that night I noticed what looked like the beginning of my period but it was sooo light and a couple days earlier than usual, and I am always very regular. I am still on what I am guessing is my period but it has never ever been this light before and I am so nervous that I am pregnant or something. I took a test and it said negative but I'm still freaking out about it.
Does Gardasil cause change your regular period cycle and flow?? :S
