Overdose...please Help!

i have taken about 8 tylenol extreme strength pills
and 3 excedrin pills
i'm shakey
i'm having hot flahes
i'm sweating
and having panic attacks
i can't tell my parents
they'll think i tried to commit suicide
and they said if i ever tried, they'd send me away
i didn't though, but it's not like they'd believe me
it's not gonna kill me right?
