Anyone Have Burning Hands and Hives?

I have been on and off doxy for two yrs and when I was first perscribed this I took it for 4 days and started to develop severe burning and stinging on my hands and feet. I was outside for mere minutes when this happened. I knew you could become photosensative but this was ridiculous. I soon got a rash on my toes that was biopsied and came uticaria, meaning sun poisoning. I stopped immediately but never believed it could be this...Well, after a bout of perioral dermatitis my new derm persribed it again saying it was unlikely that it was caused by the doxy. Well its happening again..I cannot walk outside with my skin feeling like its on fire and I've now got these weird hive like bumps on my jaw line...I would get these periodically for the last year and thought it was a food allergy...I didnt have any in the last two months and this has been the only time I was doxy free...coincidence, i dont think so..Anyone suffer from extreme uticara from being on doxy?
