Have been taking this for a week, and it does seem to be helping me with my problem. Am scheduled to take for one more week and will update this if any notable bad side effects happen, but so far so good.. Two minor things, it does seem to make me go to the bathroom a lot, and make sure to heed the sun exposure warning. Put on sunscreen if you need to be in the sun for any length of time. I didn't put on any sunscreen when I was out in the forest on the past weekend for a few hours and got a light sunburn on my arm, and I think it would have been a lot worse if I had been outdoors for longer or if the sun had been more intense that day.
