Does Taking 2 Ducolax Tabs Each Evening Raise Blood Pressure

i have well controlled hi, my resting blood pressure taken daily by registered nurse has been raised by 20 points. any replies will be most appreciated since constipation is caused by my other meds and ducolax works like a charm?
