My doctor told me not to take over the counter medicine that are chemicals and are absorbed in to body . he wants me to take stuff like metamucil that works on the constipation without getting absorbed .
Is docusate sodium absorbed in to blood stream? does it bring about lazy bowl syndrome? how does it work?
