Diovan Arm Pain, Rist, Left Arm, Glands, Seams

i've been on diovan for about 10 years it keeps my b/p down but laterally i have under arm pain and soreness all of the time. my rist hurt, i do not sleep. it seams as if my glands under my left arm is the worst. has anyone had this?
