Is Diclofenac Sodium an Anti-inflammatory Drug?

Is Diclofenac Sodium an anti-inflammatory drug? I am going in for a colonoscopy and the doctor's want me to stop all anti-flammatory meds. That is the only med I take. I hope it is not an anti-flammatory drug. Thanks!
