When Does This End?!

I got on the Depo shot around mid November. I didn't have my period in December, but around the end of the time I would have been on it, I had a dark brown discharge. I can see I'm not the only one with this problem, but it's now January 1, and it hasn't ended. When is this supposed to stop?
