Cymbalta Lack of Appetite, Nerve Pain, Bad Vision, Blurriness, Slight Improvement

i started taking cymbalta 4 weeks ago....30mg to start then up to 60mg the second week on...
i have noticed lack of appetite, bowel changes of both constipation then next diarrhea then back to constipation, nausea but the most bothersome and scary is the bad vision blurriness.. seems worse at night time...but i can't read the writing on the tv or in general seeing..in the mornings my eyes feel heavy from the strain...
i have neuropathy, fibromyalgia and nerve pain going down right leg..since i've been on the cymbalta i've noticed some slight improvement in the pain..
can you tell me if the blurriness will go away with time or not..i don't want to do any permanent damage to my seeing..i'd rather live with the pain i'm in..
