Hey everyone iv been on concerta 54mg for a while now (5-6 years) and iv noticed a few things over this time. Although it does help me keep focused and everything, there are a few draw backs, most days I seem to for no reason run my fingers through, twist and pull my hair, but on days I forget to take them I don't do this... Iv also noticed that sometimes they last a lot longer then they should, I take my tablets between 7-8:30 every morning, then some nights I will find it very simple to fall asleep, and other nights I will just pull an all nighter just on the fact I can't fall asleep, if anyone knows any methods I can try to counteract the lack of sleep it would be greatly appreciated, as I'm feeling very tired at work and it's causing trouble with the quality of products...
