Clindamycin Question

Hi.
Three days ago I saw the doctor, because I have had swelling, redness, and hot skin at the bottom of my left leg for about a week and a half. He diagnosed me with cellulitus and prescribed these clindamycin capsules (300MG). Since then the swelling and redness has gone down some, but there is still some pain, itching, and hot skin where there still is redness. Also, I have noticed a lump on the shin of my left leg which seems to have "grown" since I started taking this antibiotic. I also have a lump right on the top of my knee. I'm feeling very tired, chilled, and I think I have a bit of fever too. I called the doctor a while ago to ask him if perhaps the antibiotic should be changed. He said I should stay on it for a few more days, and should see him tomorrow so he can take a blood test and get a white count. Oh yeah---since I've been taking this clindamycin my left eye has been twitching as well! Weird! Now what?
