Treatment for Rash

Hi, i have been taking Cephalexin for the past 5 days and have come out in a rash. i understand this is a side affect and i have stopped taking the medication however is there anything i can use to get rid of this unsightly reddened rash??? or should i let in calm down naturally once the antibiotics are out of my system?? i don't have any irritation i was just looking at something that would take away the rash???
