Byetta Dizzyness, Type 2 Diabetes, Vomiting, Fatigue, Kidney
Posted over a year ago
I was diagnosed with cancer of the Kidney and subsequently had it removed; this was after I had been taking Byetta. During the course of injecting the Byetta for my Type 2 Diabetes I suffered from severe vomiting, fatigue, dizziness and just over all feeling ill. I would appreciate knowing if anyone else has had this problem (Cancer in particular) after injecting Byetta.
Cushjd - My husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer after taking Byetta. I've seen other cases, but they seem on the internet.
JCush, Louisiana
Cinluvscat - I used this drug when it first came on the market. I had to stop because of the side effects after several months. I too developed cancer as well. I have always thought if this could be why. I have stage 4 Cervical Cancer. I have a very rare form that is not from HPV. I have been battling this for two years now and at this stage is no longer curable.
Please feel free to email me @ Cinluvscat@hotmail.com
Nah - I have a friend whose husband has just been found to have cancer of the pancreas, kidney, and liver. He too took Beyetta
Dave61 - I had kidney cancer also and had my kidney removed May 3,2009 and I have been taken Byetta for my Type 2 ,but I stopped injecting this when I read in the paper it caused death in some people and other problems. I don't know if this caused my tumor inside my kidney or what my other kidney is healthy. I'm luckey the cancer was contained inside and did not get to my lymph nodes and else where, I must had this for sometime as I almost blead out here at home.I myself just wonder if Byetta caused this but I guess I'll never know.
Robert Kramer - The reports also now state that thyroid cancer may be a cause of Byetta. Visit here for more info: [link removed]

Bill Pilma - There have been reports that Byetta users may have an increased risk of thyroid and liver cancer as well as the potential risk increase of pancreatic cancer. It is a little disturbing that some of you are talking about kidney cancer. I sincerely hope that all of you are OK. Visit Parker, Waichman, Alonso for legal help.
