Budesonide Symbicort, Behavioural Problems, Rhinocort, Pulmicort, Hallucination

Hallucination, behavioural problems, fears, touch problems, psychotic problem by a child of 11 years old with 2 x 2 Symbicort/daily + rhinocort. Symbicort contains budesonide like Pulmicort + formetorol
did anybody "experience these very bad side effects which seems to be very very rare ?
