Kenalog and Bronchitis

I've suffered with chronic bronchitis for years a new general practicianer gave me a "steroid" shot. At the injection site a small indentation appeared after the swelling went down. The indentation has continued to grow and I don't know what to do. I thought it was the result of and accident at work I never dreamed my own doctor would disfigure me this way what do I do?
