i need to know the side affacts from bupropion 100mg every morning at awakeing and half of one 4 hours later

Extreme hair loss. I have been off and on bupropion for over 10 years. It works so well for depression but does make my hair fall out. Does anyone know of any substitutes for this drug??? Any other drugs in the same class?
